Hynobius (Asian Salamanders) 도롱뇽속

도롱뇽아과 (Hynobiidae) 는 백악기에 중국 북부에서 분화되기 시작했습니다. 362만 년전에, 도롱뇽속 (Hynobius) 은 Pachyhynobius 에서 분화되었고 후에 Salamandrella, Batrachuperus, Pseudohynobius, Liua 와 함께 독립적인 계통군으로 분화되었습니다. Hynobius retardatu 는 다른 도롱뇽속(Hynobius) 속들 사이에 가장 원시적인 위치에 속해 있습니다. 약 1,050만 년 전에, 두 개의 주요 집단이 분리되어 중국 본토에 고립되었습니다. 도롱뇽 (Hynobius leechii) 집단은 약 1,020만 년 전에 분화되었습니다. 도롱뇽속 (Hynobius) 은 도롱뇽아과 (Hynobiidae) 내에 가장 종 수가 많은 속입니다. 

Hynobidae began diverging in northern China during the Cretaceous period. Around 36.2 million years ago, Hynobius separated from Pachyhynobius and later became an independent clade with Salamandrella, Batrachuperus, Pseudohynobius, and Liua.

Hynobius retardatus holds a basal position among all other Hynobius species. Approximately 10.5 million years ago, two primary groups split, leading to the isolation of species on the Chinese mainland. The Hynobius leechii complex diverged around 10.2 million years ago. Hynobius is the genus within Hynobidae with the highest species count.
