Tae Eun is now a research assistant in the lab, working on modelling the distribution of salamanders in norther China, and de-novo assembly of genome sequences for salamanders.
Tae Eun
Tae Eun had started in the lab as a visiting student, coming from the Lab of Animal Communication at Ewha Woman’s University. Tae Eun Master Degree was focused on the distribution and range boundaries of Hynobius salamanders in the Republic of Korea using landscape and ecological niche modelling. Tae Eun has also conducted field research on invasive and native reptiles and amphibians, contributing to native species conservation.
